Thank You so Much !!!!!

Thank you very much to the Executive Board for the food and t-shirts for the girls. I know that everyone was happy to receive this. The food was really tasty and the seating area was a great idea! We were able to take a little break from the craziness and just sit together chatting. All in all, despite so many little mascots being sick it was a super day and your kindness and generosity made it all the better.

To all of the Charter Oak Family and City Coordinators,

I would like to say THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!! for allowing us to participate in one of your conference competitions. My staff and cheerleaders were very appreciated with all the warm welcomes we received from other cities and Charter Oak for announcing us throughout the competition. My whole city had a great time and enjoyed all the little gifts that were available to their daughters. It brought back alot of memories of when I was in your conference, and I am very pleased to have been apart of it. I hope that next year we might be able to do two competitions with you. Our girls had a great time and enjoyed the whole day. I wish all the cities Good Luck with their upcoming competition this Saturday and the rest of the season. May you and all your families have a Great Holiday Season. And Thank You again for giving us the opportunity to cheer with all of you!!!

On behalf of the Charter Oak Executive Board and Cheer Coordinators team we would like to welcome you to our 2009 Charter Oak Invitational Cheer Competition. We are happy to see you and your teams at our event.
We are so excited about this day and also blessed to have this opportunity to play host to you, your team and your city. Our journey began back March of 2009 when you approved our city to host this competition. Along the way we kept in touch with you by letting you see our progress. An army of volunteers have worked relentlessly to be ready. And today you will see the results. I am confident that we will meet and pass your expectations.
Coordinators – we are honored to host this competition, and we know that without you, our city cheer programs would not exist. We realize all of the endless hours of time and energy you have spent from the first day of sign ups until now. Today we want to THANK YOU for all your work behind the scenes and we appreciate your support and trust.
Head Coaches – You made it!! You are finally here to showcase your team, we know you are excited, happy and also tired. Whatever today’s results are please be supportive of your cheerleaders and remind them how special they are! Remember without them we would not have this magical day. Here at Charter Oak we realize that a successful cheer program happens because of head coaches like you. I personally know how much you have sacrificed for your team. So today we want to say THANK YOU for your hard work and determination. Most of all thank you for volunteering for the kids of this program.

Yesterday you all chose Charter Oak to host one of this season’s cheer competitions.
